Stockholm
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving the development and lifecycle
of existing products used in high-precision manufacturing as well as find a new supplier for
next generation together with sourcing. You will act as an TPO and work with mature products and focus on support, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will also act as an project leader and in closely collaboration with Sourcing find the supplier for our next generation of products.
You will collaborate across functions and geographies, acting as the central point of contact
for technical decisions, supplier alignment, and customer feedback. This product is new to
our organization, and you will help set up a process, structure and collaboration around the product.
Your responsibilities:
• Support customers and act as a TPO for our existing Industrial PC portfolio
• Project lead and work with sourcing to make specifications and find a supplier for our next generation Industrial PC portfolio.
• Lead investigations and make technical judgments to resolve quality issues together with our quality engineer.
• Act as the technical interface between customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with product change processes and quality standards
• Support marketing and sales with product knowledge and technical expertise.
• You might also support other projects and developments.
This role involves approximately 10–14 days of international travel per year. You will report
to Team Manager.
You will need
We believe this role is ideal for someone who has worked hands-on with product development in electronics or mechatronics and now wants to take a step toward a more strategic, coordinating, and network-oriented position.
You should have:
• A university degree (minimum Bachelor’s) in electronics, mechatronics, or a closely related technical field
• Solid experience working with electronics hardware 5+ years
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
It’s a plus if you also bring:
• Experience from working at customer
• Knowledge in system installations with hardware, software, configuration and integrations
• Understanding of PC architecture and components
• Experience in customer or supplier collaboration, especially around quality topics
• Experience from working with software
• Experience from working with Mechanics
• Familiarity with quality management and product lifecycle processes
Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between
working remotely and being on-site in Stockholm, Sweden.
The assignment is a full time job and we would like you to start as soon as possible, please write
possible starting date in the application. The assignment is for 12 months with possibility
to prolong.
