The Client is seeking a Jira Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript and Node.js to join a global operations team based in Stockholm, Sweden. In this role, you will design, maintain, and take full ownership of the Atlassian ecosystem, primarily Jira Service Management, Confluence, Statuspage, and related tools in Jira Cloud. The role also includes ownership and development of an integration platform, leading integration projects together with partners and customers. You will play a critical role in ensuring that operations are available for customers and partners 24/7. Responsibilities • Own and manage the existing Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira Service Management, Confluence, Statuspage, and related Jira Cloud tools. • Work hands-on with configuration and development to support organizational needs. • Own and develop the platform backlog and drive process optimization. • Take ownership of the integration platform and lead integration projects with partners and customers. • Implement monitoring and alarms, and troubleshoot incidents together with integrated partners and customers. Knowledge and Skills Technical skills • Jira Service Management • Confluence • Statuspage • Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM support flows • JavaScript • Node.js Experience with • Configuration of work types and request types • Automation rules • Add-ons such as ScriptRunner • Building Jira Forge apps • Integrations with BI tools such as Google Looker to build KPIs and dashboards • Documentation of solutions • Managing integration layers to third-party ITSM tools using REST APIs Soft skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proactive and structured problem-solving approach • Comfortable working both independently and in teams • Ability to turn structured and regulated environments into enablers of productivity and innovation Requirements • Proven experience with Atlassian Cloud tools (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence) • Strong understanding of workflows, permission schemes, and automation • Experience with scripting and REST APIs • Technical background in JavaScript, Node.js, and AWS • Relevant certifications such as Atlassian Certified Administrator are a plus • Knowledge of ITSM concepts or ITIL certification is desirable Additional requirements from the advertiser • Commuting distance to the job location • Eligible to work in Sweden
