We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a cross-functional product team. In this role, you will do more than write code— you’ll partner closely with product managers, designers, and domain experts to co-create valuable solutions for customers in life sciences. What We’re Looking For: A masters degree in a software-related field or equivalent professional experience. 7+ years of hands-on software development experience, with a strong background in Windows applications. Expertise in C#, WPF, and .NET. Proficiency with common development tools like Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Git. Experience with MSTest is a plus. Solid understanding of database management, specifically PostgreSQL, communication protocols such as COM and TCP/IP, and PLC programm[i]ng Experience in the life sciences is a major plus. We"re specifically looking for someone with a background in software for laboratory equipment and an understanding of related regulatory requirements like 21 CFR part 11. Strong communication and documentation skills, and fluency in English, with the ability to work independently. Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and organized. What You’ll Be Doing: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software for instrumentation and manufacturing systems—including hardware interfacing and PLC integration. Mentor and support fellow engineers, contributing to a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
