Join a senior team that owns integration and testing of High Integrity (HI) containers in an advanced AD/ADAS software stack. You’ll optimize delivery flows, raise safety compliance, and verify functionality across SIL, HIL, and in-vehicle environments—while mentoring teammates and supporting the roadmap. Key responsibilities Safeguard, optimize, and expand automation in HI integration and delivery flows. Build, test, and deploy HI software; enhance code/build systems and test methods to meet high safety (ASIL) levels. Plan and execute multi-level testing (SIL, HIL, in-vehicle) to verify integrity and performance. Investigate and resolve reported issues; ensure fixes are tested, integrated, and regressions prevented. Improve developer experience (e.g., observability/telemetry, tooling). Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders; secure vehicle project milestones. Share knowledge and mentor team members; contribute to a culture of technical excellence. Must-have Several years’ experience as a software developer/integrator in complex systems. Strong hands-on programm[i]ng, debugging, and testing (C++ and/or Python). Linux, Git/Gerrit, CI/CD pipelines, and modern build systems (e.g., Bazel/CMake or similar). Experience with SIL/HIL/vehicle testing and issue triage in safety-minded environments. Understanding of functional safety concepts (e.g., ISO 26262 / ASIL). Clear communication and stakeholder collaboration; willingness to mentor. Nice to have Containers/orchestration and automated test environments. AUTOSAR Adaptive, ROS2, DDS, or embedded/ECU integration experience. Observability/monitoring, log/trace analysis.
