We are looking for a Full stack Developer to join this amazing team in Stockholm. The Fleet cluster is part of the Assist and Support product area within Commercial Digital organization, with that said the concept of Fleet goes beyond organizational lines and in here we will connect the dots, gather insights and ease collaboration cross Volvo Cars to make sure we can deliver a much better Fleet experience to all types of user groups! Our sub cluster is looking for a gritted engineer. This position is mainly for contributing within the LeaseCo Team. The team’s mission: The Fleet Business Leasing Company product is establishing a direct relationship with Leasing Companies and customers. Through digitization of the the E2E sales channel we will decrease today’s human-made error rates, provide full self-service freedom and through that increase customer satisfaction – for leasing companies, drivers, retailers and internal sales/customer care teams. Required qualifications: You are a seasoned full stack software engineer. To succeed in this role, you need to have a minimum of 5-7 years of work experience developing software and showcasing the following traits: • Comfortable with ambiguity in requirements • Iterative development mindset • Experience in a continuous delivery environment • Displaying a growth mindset • Ability to write software that fellow engineers can understand • Experience with deploying, running and scaling code in production • Displaying an attitude towards clean code practices and high test coverage • Experience in co-creation practices like pair programm[i]ng • Product mindset • Empathy towards users, fellow engineers and co-workers • An open mind and willingness to learn and help others learn • Data Driven • Microservices & Event Driven Architecture • Knowledgeable in .Net, JavaScript and the related ecosystems. • Familiarity with server-side programm[i]ng languages and runtimes and the ability to choose the right designs for a problem is what is really required. • Fluent in React/Next.js • Familiarity with Kubernetes in a cloud setting (Azure or AWS) is a big plus • Familiarity with Tactical Domain Driven Design • Comfortable with Typescript and in building UIs with HTML and CSS • Expertise in React and the related ecosystem • Can design front end components with testability in mind • Experience balancing developer experience with web performance is a big plus • Experience working in a micro front ends and BFFs • Experience in scaling graphql (experience in graphql federation is a plus) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to deliver innovative solutions that meet business objectives. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams. • Ability to work autonomously as a senior individual contributor in a dynamic team environment.
