We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer, 6-9y of experience, to the IT"s department Asset Analytics Distribution. Duties are • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Azure and Databricks. • Ingest, transform, and model data from diverse sources to enable reliable analytics and reporting. • Develop semantic models and create Power BI reports to support data-driven decision making • Perform data quality checks, ensuring data integrity and security. • Document and communicate data engineering processes and outcomes. • Support data awareness and training initiatives within the organization. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective data solutions. Requirements • Minimum 5 years experience as Data engineer • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Databricks, SQL, Python and (including CICD) • Experience with data ingestion, transformation, and semantic modeling. • Hands-on experience and confident working with large data volumes is a plus (tables holding trillion of rows) • Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL concepts. • Familiarity with Power BI • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, and Azure Storage Explorer • Excellent communication skills Swedish and English Personal Qualities • Collaborative, approachable, and open to new perspectives. • Analytical and proactive problem-solver. • Passionate about learning and continuous improvement. • Experience working in agile (scrum) teams.
