The consultant has been working since 2007 as a consultant at Inceptive. He has previously worked as a team leader at Acando and was there responsible for a group that focused on Windows development and technology for the automotive industry and has been responsible for solutions in mobile solutions. He has conducted numerous project management, test management, business analyst assignments around the aftermarket systems, metering, automatic management, automotive diagnostics, security systems, medical systems, alarm systems, web solutions and mobile information systems. He has in addition also had roles as team leader, requirements analyst, business analyst, architect and system developer. His broad background means that he has a deep understanding of systems development processes and knows what works and what does not. He is now focusing on project management, test management and requirements management with a focus on quality. He has specialist knowledge and certifications in areas such as project management, requirements management, risk management, Scrum, PROPS, PMI, IS / GDP and agile development methodologies. Thomas Stjern is a goal oriented, creative and flexible person who likes challenges. He has a keen interest in methodology and has been running workshops in the PMI certification and risk management. He is currently managing the business of Inceptive Group 5% and is taking care of the finances for the data association in the western circle 5%.
