The area of Custody is undergoing a sign[i]ficant transformation as we implement a new IT platform to future-proof our business operations. This presents an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst / Requirements Analyst to contribute to this initiative, leveraging strong experience with standard systems and the ability to translate business needs into effective system configurations.
In this role, you will lead the requirements efforts, ensuring that business requirements are actionable, aligned with system cap[a]bilities, and implemented effectively. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business expectations and the standard system"s functionalities, focusing on actionable delivery rather than just documentation.
This role is hands-on and requires driving requirement elicitation, refining them into implementable solutions, and ensuring progress toward delivery. Experience in coaching stakeholders and operational staff is advantageous but should align with a strong delivery mindset to drive real outcomes.
You will engage with key stakeholders, including Chief Product Owners, Product Owners, Architects, Tech Leads, Project Managers, and operational teams, to ensure that business demands are met with feasible solutions within the standard system framework.
Main Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements.
Draft technical requirements such as protocol specifications.
Lead, coordinate, and drive the refinement work.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across various levels, including business/operations experts and development teams.
Manage requirements throughout the product life cycle.
Key Requirements
Technical background with relevant education or experience as a developer or tester.
Knowledge within the Custody domain, preferably in the customer environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, structured approach, and excellent attention to detail.
Experience with complex systems and handling large-scale projects successfully.
Effective networking and stakeholder management cap[a]bilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines, managing multiple projects.
Strong initiative, adaptability, and a pragmatic approach to tasks.
Several years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
Nice to Have
Experience in coaching and guiding other analysts.
Previous involvement in transformation projects within the Custody domain.
Familiarity with agile project methodologies.

This role is part of the newly formed Next Gen Custody Department (Technology) and operates in a collaborative and open culture, emphasizing teamwork.
