We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead development within our Customer Data Platform, while also supporting the Common Business Enabler area in a Chief Product Owner cap[a]city (approx. 80/20 split).
You will play a key role in a large-scale transformation where core systems are being replaced with Lumera. The role focuses on managing customer master data and acting as Product Owner for a Master Data Management (MDM) setup from a customer perspective.
You will define and manage requirements, prioritize the backlog, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery - driving progress and securing timely, high-quality outcomes.
Key Deliverables
• Define and manage product requirements
• Own and prioritize the product backlog
• Ensure alignment between business and technical teams
• Drive delivery and secure deadlines in a transformation context
• Act as Product Owner for customer master data / MDM
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams
• Support platform evol[u]tion towards broader party data
• Contribute to prioritization within Common Business Enablers
Requirements
• Strong Product Owner and requirement management skills
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM), preferably customer-focused
• Experience in data-driven environments
• Comfortable working in large transformations and complex system landsc[a]pes
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Senior, structured, and communicative
• Collaborative and stakeholder-oriented
• Fluent in English and Swedish

Expected years of experience: level 3 (4-8 years)
