In the Data Governance and Data Compliance team, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Governance professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll ensure data is acc[u]rate, secure, and used responsibly across the organization. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed governance into our data culture and enable smarter, compliant decision-making. You have a proven record of driving successful change initiatives and are skilled in stakeholder management across organizational levels. Fluency in English is essential. Key activities - Lead the development and implementation of data governance frameworks, policies, and standards. - Establish and manage data ownership, stewardship, and quality initiatives. - Collaborate with IT, Legal, Compliance, and Business Units to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements - Develop common vision (Data Strategy) and Roadmap - Drive data literacy and accountability across the organization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related issues. Qualifications - Bachelor"s or Master"s degree in Data Management, Information Technology, or a related field. - At least 5-6 years of experience in data management and data governance - Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Strong presentation and leadership skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
