We are now seeking an experienced Technical Project manager within IT. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing clear project roadmaps, managing timelines, and prioritizing towards defined goals. You will coordinate resources and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. As the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, you will maintain transparent communication both internally and externally. You will also coordinate timelines and facilitate activities with external suppliers, acting as the link between different vendors and internal teams. Your role includes identifying risks, creating mitigation strategies, and addressing challenges to ensure smooth project execution. You will set up and lead cross-functional project groups, ensuring the right resources are in place, productivity is maintained, and team dynamics support efficient delivery. Additionally, you will inspire a culture of continuous improvement to ensure solutions remain relevant to future needs. Requirements A degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience in Project Management within telecoms, network deployments, digital development, or related fields, with a focus on operational excellence and process improvement. Experience with large deployment projects and the ability to manage complex timelines and changing priorities. Proven ability to report project progress and maintain documentation. Strong leadership skills to engage and motivate diverse teams and build trust around shared goals. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
