You will be responsible for driving prioritized projects within the digital area for our finance department. You will be part of a digital team consisting of one digital domain lead / product owner, several developers, business- & solution architects. The role includes working closely with business stakeholders across the organization (not only finance, but also for example HR, Procurement and our construction project organization) and your digital team to ensure successful implementation of solutions that meet the needs of the business, while following our digital strategy and principles. Key responsibilities Leading and managing digital projects from inception to delivery Engaging, coordinating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across various departments Defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, and ensuring milestones are met Identifying and mitigating project risks and dependencies Facilitating communication between digital teams and business stakeholders Requirements Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager (7+ years experience) Strong background working close to digital teams Knowledge of finance processes Expertise in managing projects in a structured way towards steering committees with high expectations; excellent communication and leadership skills Proven experience of change management: working towards multiple stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional alignment Experience with agile methodologies Experience of process industry and ERP solutions is a plus Start date: 2025-08-26 End date’: 2026-08-25 Location: Onsite 2-3 days a week in Stockholm
