The primary objective of this role is to enhance cooperation and teamwork among line managers. The coach will work closely with the managers to foster a culture of collaboration, improve communication, and implement best practices for working better together.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Workshops and Training Sessions: Conduct workshops and training sessions focused on improving teamwork, communication, and collaboration.
• One-on-One Coaching: Provide personalized coaching to line managers to address specific challenges and develop their leadership skills.
• Implement Best Practices: Identify and implement best practices.
• Develop Resources: Create and distribute resources, such as guides and toolkits, to support managers.
• Foster a Collaborative Culture: Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the organization.
Skills:
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in coaching, training, or a related role, preferably within an IT or corporate environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications: Coaching certification is a plus.
