We are looking for a BlackLine functio-technical implementation consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and IT, with a proven track record of designing and implementing the BlackLine product from start to finish. Skills required: • Strong knowledge of ERP modules & BlackLine functionalities • Proficiency in integration tools and technologies like SAP PI/PO/CPI, BAPI, Web Services, APIs, etc. • Custom/Standard Data mapping and transformation techniques • Ability to troubleshoot integration issues, identify root causes and propose effective solutions • Ability to document functional design integration design, configurations, and processes • Familiarity with SOPs, approval workflows & organization policies • Only for BlackLine admin roles – basic knowledge of finance basics (for master data management & related activities) Key activities: • Assist the Business teams in any testing activities conducted in BlackLine test instance (Moving data from ERP to BlackLine test instance) • Manage any tickets raised by Business on ERP/Middleware/BlackLine and communicate the results post troubleshooting • Communicate downtimes in systems to Business teams • Liaison with BlackLine product teams on any specific IT issues • Perform any IT specific tests related to BlackLine • Ensure that all controls related to BlackLine SOC reports are performed/tested as per the mandated frequency (Internal Audit team) • Enable new user access (as required) • Ensuring the jobs setup in ERP are running smoothly & troubleshoot in case of an error (including managing any tickets to ERP / BlackLine as needed) • Maintaining the interface schedules from ERP and Middleware • Monitoring the import/interface status on a regular basis & archiving the job status for internal documentation & audit purposes • Ensure that the connector is updated on a regular basis, implementing any product patches as required Where will the assignment be performed (Onsite, Hybrid, offsite) Hybrid Södertälje EducationBachelor"s degree in finance, computer science or equivalent
