*Providing professional logistics support to our customers and production plants – you’ll be the link across the full supply chain.
*Driving meetings with factories, suppliers, and internal functions to ensure seamless operations.
*Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), following up, and taking actions on dev[i]ations.
*Developing and improving supply chain processes to work in a structured, modern, and efficient way.
*Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience.
*Be a point of contact for customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirments:
*A master’s degree in engineering, logistics, or a related field, or a few years of experience working within supply chain and/or customer support and coordination.
*Proficiency in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), experience in SAP and PowerBI is a plus.
*Fluency in English as a working language.
* Communicator and drive to work with multiple contact points simultaneously.
