The role includes but is not limited to: • Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and understand how the IT capability can support those. • Defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products • Developing and refining Features as well as maintaining and prioritizing the Features in the Program Level JIRA Board • Collaborating closely with Product Owners and other Product Managers as well as Architects, for analyzing and coordinating requirements, creating corresponding plans for implementation • Participation in planning and execution of Program Increments as well as facilitating Feature refinement and “Socialization” meetings. Experience required: • 5-10 years • Fluent English skills written and spoken (must have) • Online/Remote Leadership/Management (must have) • Previous experience of successful Demand Management/Project Management/Product Ownership/Product Management or alternatively Business Ownership for IT systems (must have) • Experience of Scaled Agile Fram[e]work (must have) • Experience working with ServiceNow/ITSM implementation (must have) • Experience of working in the Service Assurance Domain (preferred) Remote: Hybrid Start: 2023-10-01 End: 2023-12-31 Extension: N/A
